It also explains how we use that information, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it.
This policy applies to all visitors and clients in the United States, regardless of which state you live in.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information you provide
When you contact us through the Site, by email, by phone, or by text message, we may collect:

4. Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent or trade it to advertisers, brokers, or unrelated third parties.
We share information only in these specific situations:
- Service providers we use to operate. We rely on trusted vendors to host the Site, manage email and CRM, schedule meetings, send invoices, and analyze Site traffic. Current providers include Microsoft 365, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Microsoft Bookings, and similar tools. These vendors are bound by their own privacy obligations and may use the information only to provide the service we contract them for.
- Legal compliance. We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, court order, or government request, or when necessary to protect our legal rights.
- Business transfers. If WCE is acquired, merges with another company, or transfers assets, your information may be transferred to the new owner. You will be notified before this happens.
5. SMS and Text Message Communications
WCE sends text messages (SMS) to clients and prospects who have given us their phone number. By providing your phone number, you consent to receive transactional messages (about your case, your quote, scheduling, and follow-up) and occasional marketing messages from WCE.
- Frequency. Variable. Typically fewer than four messages per week per recipient.
- Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier plan.

We do not share or sell phone numbers collected for SMS purposes.
6. Confidentiality of Case Information
When you send us materials related to a property insurance claim — photos, prior estimates, attorney correspondence, EUO transcripts, policy documents, mitigation invoices, or any other case file — we treat that material as confidential. We use it only to prepare the estimate or product you have requested. We do not share it with third parties outside the engagement.
A formal Non-Disclosure Agreement is available at no cost on request.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers let you block, delete, or be notified about cookies. Blocking cookies may affect how the Site works for you.
We do not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals, because there is no industry standard for how to honor them.
8. Data Retention
We keep the information we collect for as long as we need it to provide our services, comply with legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
