The carrier doesn't reject your amount.
They reject your logic.
Florida estimates written so the adjuster has nothing to argue with. On-site when the case may go to deposition. Remote when speed matters more.

Over 60% of insurance payouts are reduced due to weak or poorly written estimates.
It's not the damage. It's how it's documented. An estimate that doesn't speak the adjuster's language loses money line by line — in supplements, re-inspections, and every stage of the dispute process.
We've delivered over 20,000 estimates defending cases in Florida. We know exactly what makes a carrier reduce a line item — and how to prevent it from day one.
And every hour you spend writing estimates yourself is an hour you're not signing the next case.

See how we do itEstimating shouldn't be your bottleneck.
Public adjusters and restoration companies don't grow because they wrote one more estimate themselves. They grow when they sign and close more clients, run more jobs, and keep their teams focused on the work that compounds.
PAs sign and close claims. We write estimates.
Restoration crews work jobs. We invoice them.
You stay in what you do best. We stay in what we do best.

Common questions about our services.
What's the difference between a remote estimate and an on-site estimate?
A remote estimate is built from photos, scope notes, and documentation you provide. It's faster and works for most cases. An on-site estimate means we walk the property ourselves — required when the case may need to be defended in court.
Do I need an on-site inspection for my case?
Not for most cases. We help you decide on the discovery call based on the disputed amount, the carrier posture, and what the case looks like. If we tell you a remote estimate is enough, that's because it actually is.
Are you available outside Florida?
For on-site work, no — we only inspect properties in Florida. For remote estimates, we work nationwide. Florida-specific compliance documentation is included by default for Florida losses.
How fast can you turn one around?
Remote estimates ship in 24–48 hours. Estimates that require an on-site inspection ship in 5–10 business days. Same-day estimates are possible for emergencies — call us and we'll figure out what's possible.
Do you work in Spanish?
Yes. The whole team is bilingual. Reports, calls, and supporting documentation — same quality in either language.
Why don't you publish your prices?
Because the right number depends on what you actually need. A small supplement and a large commercial fire claim are not priced the same, and any number we publish would be wrong for half the cases. Send us your case; we'll quote it within 24 hours.
Have a case entering the dispute process?
We offer a no-cost estimate review. If it helps, we'll talk. If not, you keep the technical feedback.
